Charges do vary and are calculated at checkout. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
Please note, the buyer is responsible for any duty and import tax applicable to the home area.
If you're not completely satisfied with your product(s), Caspoe are happy to accept returns/exchange requests within 14 days of purchase.
Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return postage to us. This will not be included in any refund given.
Caspoe cannot accept liability for any lost package returned to us. It is advisable to consider sending back your item(s) via a tracked service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if there are any problems, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are unable to accept any request to return, refund or exchange an item that is faulty, unfit for purpose or not as described after a period of 30 days.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
